When you donate or book Pooja from our mobile application / website, we collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, mobile number, address and email address. This information will enable us to dispatch the Pooja Prasad as applicable to your address. This information will also be used to communicate with you in future as and when necessary.

When you browse our application / website, we also automatically receive your mobile's/computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us to learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit/debit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery a Pooja Prasad, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using your personal information for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for any secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say No.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT

We use Razorpay / HDFC / UPI Apps for processing payments. We,Razorpay / HDFC / UPI Apps do not store your card data on our servers. The data is encrypted as per the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Once you leave our mobile application / website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our websites Terms of Service.

This mobile application / website is operated by Shree Datta Devasthan Trust, Ahmednagar, a registered public trust. Throughout POLICY STATEMENT, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shree Datta Devasthan Trust. Shree Datta Devasthan Trust offers this mobile application / website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Donation means an offering in terms of cash/ money to the trust through the payment gateway by using our mobile application / website. This donation is to a corpus fund which is a permanent fund kept for the basic expenditure needs, administrative and survival of Shri Datta Devasthan Trust. Whenever you offer donation it will be treated as your consent to the corpus fund.

By visiting our mobile application / website and/or Donating / Pooja booking, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Service of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. SECTION 1 - ONLINE POOJA BOOKING AND SEWA TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the mobile application / website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this mobile application / website is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

This mobile application / website may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site / application at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our mobile application / website. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our mobile application / website.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE POOJA AND PRICES

Prices for our Pooja are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Pooja (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - ON SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION OF PAYMENT

In case of successful transaction of payment for online facilities the Donor will be given a unique Receipt ID the details of which will be informed to him via email and text message on the email id and mobile number provided by him at the time of transaction. Donor needs to use Receipt ID for all future references with Shri Datta Devasthan Trust.

It is mandatory to produce Receipt ID for availing pooja / seva. The amount will be deducted from Donor's respective bank and credited in the account of Shri Datta Devasthan Trust, Ahmednagar. The Devotee will get necessary entry in their passbook or bank statement directly from their bank. Generally, this takes about 2-3 working days and may vary from bank to bank.

SECTION 6 - ON FAILURE OF TRANSACTION OF PAYMENT

Donor can edit / delete Pooja / Abhishek / Yaag / Donation from list of selected facilities / amount at any point before making payment.

The Donor will be directed to the payment gateway for making payment, entry for the same will be stored with us.

The financial details entered by the Donor in payment gateway are not stored with us except final confirmation along with the amount provided by payment gateway.

Payment will be termed as completed and accepted by Trust only after the amount is credited to the Trust’s bank account.

Shri Datta Devasthan Trust does not own responsibility of any transactions for which payment is not completed and credited in Trust's account from bank.

SECTION 7 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE DONATION FACILITY

Shri Datta Devasthan Trust accepts donations from devotees. Trust uses the donation for day-to-day administration of the trust, and to achieve the objectives of the trust. The Trust accepts the amount to perform various poojas, yaags as described in the 'Denagi' and 'Sewa' section.

a) Corpus Fund: This is a perpetual fund to sustain activities of the trust. None of the donations are eligible for income tax deduction u/s 80-G of the Income Tax Act 1961.

b) Donor will get the acknowledgement and receipt for the donated amount within 7 days after the realization of donated funds.

Note - Online Donations for Fund is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

SECTION 8 - POOJA OR SEWA

Certain Pooja or Sewa may be available for booking exclusively through the mobile application / website. These Pooja or Sewa may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit booking of our Pooja or Sewa to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-to-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of any Pooja or Sewa that we offer. All descriptions of Pooja and its pricing are subject to change at any time without notice and at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Pooja / Sewa at any time. Any offer for any Pooja or Sewa made on this mobile application / website is void where prohibited.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any Pooja booking / Donation you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities, Pooja per person, per household or per booking. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit / debit card, and/or orders that use the same postal address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel Pooja, we may attempt to notify you by contacting via the e-mail and/or postal address / mobile / phone number provided at the time the booking was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, accurate account information for all Pooja booking made at our mobile application / website. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and mobile number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the mobile application / website is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the mobile application / website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related mobile application website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the mobile application/website or its content:
